Ana Maria Cristina Polo Gonzalez was born in the city of Havana, Cuba. The family moved to Miami when she was 2 years old. Ana Polo Gonzalez was raised in Havana Cuba and moved with her family to Miami when she was two. Ana Maria Polo from Habana is the host and producer on Telemundo's "Caso Cerrado" one of the most watched Spanish-language programs on the network. It was nominated as the Daytime Entertainment Emmy for Daytime Entertainment Emmy Awards in the year 2015. In 2015 it ranked among the top performers in all key demos. Polo, born on April 11th, 1959 in Havana Cuba, graduated from Florida International University in Political Science. She then earned an PhD in Law from the University of Miami, and worked for 20 decades in Miami. After obtaining her PhD at the University of Miami she practiced law in Miami for over 20 years. Polo was the first to make an appearance on the screen in 2001 when she was part of Telemundo's Sala de Parejas. Her legal expertise was also employed in other court shows. Literature and Awards in 1958, she wrote Los Hijos Muertos. This novel won her the Critic's Prize as well as the Spanish National Prize for Literature. Ana Maria Matute emigrated to the United States after leaving Spain in 1960. Polo often speaks and is able to in raising funds for the campaign. In her long professional career, she's fought in the fight for LGBT equality. Her law degree was awarded in 1987 from University of Miami School of Law.
