Alison Krauss

Alison Krauss was born July 23rd, 1971 in Decatur, Illinois. LeAnnekymes and she were both among the youngest Grammy Award winners. Alison Maria Krauss - born on the 23rd of July 1971 is an American country and bluegrass singer. She began her career in the field in her early years, as she was just 10 years young. She signed to Rounder Records in 1985 and released her first single album, a solo one in the year 1987. In 1989, she was invited to join Alison Krauss & Union Station with whom she performs.
