Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy, a half-English and half-Spanish woman, was born on the 16th of April 1997 in Miami Florida. It is said that she's half English, the other half Spanish. The parents of her are Dennis Alan Taylor an ex-banker as well as Jennifer Marina Joy psychologist. The father of her is Argentine of Scottish and English descendance. Her mother has Spanish and English ancestry. Taylor-Joy is the youngest of five children from her father's previous marriage. They lived throughout Buenos Aires up until Taylor-Joy aged 6 and then moved to Victoria district in London. Taylor-Joy said that it was an emotional move as she refused to take classes in English because she hoped to come back to Argentina. Hill House had to be her new school after she changed schools from Northlands. Her next school was Queen's Gate School, where she took dance classes and appeared in plays. She dropped out of high school at 16 to focus on her acting profession. Since her early years, Taylor-Joy had a dream to work as an actress. her goals were realized when she received modeling work by Sarah Doukas the founder of Storm Management.
